BioDundee

This week I attended the BioDundee conference, where individuals involved in the Life Sciences Industry meet once a year to hear from experts in the field and aim to form new collaborations through partnering events.  It was an interesting meeting, with a stress on collaboration between academia and industry being key for the future success of drug development.  In addition, for stratified medicine to be successful everyone should have their genome sequenced, but the issue raised here was data management.  On a positive note for Vivomotion, many of the companies I spoke with could see how they could apply animation to help communicate their technologies to their clients and investors.
